This case involves a 29-year-old female who underwent breast augmentation. The procedure utilized 475cc round silicone gel implants with a high profile from Mentor, placed submuscularly through an inframammary incision. Preoperatively, the patient had a B cup size, which increased to a D cup postoperatively. The post-operative images taken four months after surgery show increased breast volume and projection consistent with the selected implant specifications. The inframammary approach facilitated precise placement, yielding balanced symmetry and contour enhancement. These results reflect the technical aspects of implant selection and surgical technique tailored to the patient’s anatomical considerations and desired outcomes.
