This active and successful gentleman lost over 100 lbs but was bothered by his chest skin excess and male breast tissue.  He had a gynecomastia reduction with extended skin removal.  Despite vascular congestion of his right nipple requiring extra wound care in the early postoperative time frame, he did amazingly well.
