This 56 year old woman was tired of looking tired!  She underwent a face and neck lift with a SMAS flap and platysmaplasty as well as fat grafting to the cheeks, the nasolabial folds, and the labiomental folds.  She also had an upper and lower blepharoplasty at the same time.  She no longer looks tired!
