The patient, a 37-year-old female weighing 190 lbs, underwent a breast implant removal and replacement procedure. The technique involved bilateral capsulectomy to address capsular contracture. Smooth round saline implants were used, with volumes of 475cc on the right and 400cc on the left. The before-and-after images illustrate the surgical changes, showing adjustments in breast contour and symmetry. The post-procedure photographs reveal the positioning of the new implants following the removal of previous ones. This case highlights the technical approach taken to manage capsular contracture while maintaining aesthetic considerations through careful selection and placement of implant sizes.
